Living under the streets of Los Angeles, he conducts a vehicular combat tournament once a year involving destruction of public property and the deaths of innocents and the participants. This isn't something you sign up for; the coordinator chooses his combatants via E-mail. It was this night and this year that you were chosen to enter the Twisted Metal tournament!
